Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt and all returns are refunded via store credit.

All FINAL SALE items are non-refundable.

SALE or Discounted items are non-refundable.

The following items are exempt from return: face mask, hats, coffee cups/mugs, towels or gift cards.

All returns must include:

  • Copy of receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Order Number.
  • Date of Order, Reason for Return and customer name and email address.

The returned package must meet all of the following conditions stated below:

  • Items must be sent back within the 14 day period.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear/tear.

Items that don't meet the above conditions will be deemed non-returnable for store credit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your return.

Returns are processed within 10-14 business days after your item has been approved for store credit.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels, you are responsible for the expense of shipping costs to return. 

I am sitting pretty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep a copy of your return tracking information and proof of postage paid, so you may be able to trace the package. We suggest insuring your returned items in case of lost or stolen items. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Without any proof of receipt and delivery of the returned items, we will not be able to issue a store credit. 

Items received after the 14 day period stated above will not be accepted and no refund store credit will be issued. 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery via email to 

Please note we will need the following information in order to process your request:

  • Order number
  • Item name and number
  • Photo of the item and description of the defect.

Our customer service department will review your inquiry within 3 business days of email receipt. If the damage is due to an approved manufacturer defect we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item back to us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item/s returned, we will repair or replace your item free of charge if we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturer's defect.
